Registrations

Submitting the registration form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A seat is confirmed only when the trainer confirms it with you directly and any agreed payment has been received.

Fees, payment and refunds

Fees, payment methods and the refund / transfer policy for each session are confirmed in writing before payment.

Certification

Certification exams follow MikroTik’s rules, including the passing score and retake policy published at mikrotik.com/training/about. Passing is not guaranteed by attendance.

Technical content

Tutorials and knowledge-base articles are provided for learning. Network changes can cause outages: test in a lab or maintenance window, keep backups, and apply changes at your own risk.
