Who we are

MikroTikTraining.bd (“we”) is an independent training website operated by MikroTik Certified Trainer Titas Sarker, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is not operated by MikroTik (Mikrotīkls SIA).

What we collect

Registrations and course interest: name, email, mobile number, country, city, chosen course and session, professional role, networking experience and any questions you write.
Contact and corporate inquiries: name, email, optional phone, organisation and your message.
Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam and abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To answer your request, confirm seats, arrange payment, deliver training and certification, and keep basic records of who attended. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who can see it

Only the trainer and authorised staff, through a password-protected admin area. Student contact details are never shown publicly. Testimonials and photos are published only with permission.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted after 24 months. Records of training attendance are kept for as long as needed to support certification and renewal questions.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time using the contact form.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to protect forms and keep administrators signed in. Embedded YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain.
